Overview
What this Agreement covers
This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use ("Agreement") governs your use of the apps My Music Rider, Realtors Buddy, Hypothesi, and My Sports Lineup, the digital products The Music Reformation and The Complete Course, and the itygr.com website and blog (together, the "Products"), all published by Tyler Grieve through Tygr Entertainment LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading, purchasing, or using any Product, you agree to the terms below for that Product.
The apps
My Music Rider & Realtors Buddy · distributed via the Apple App Store
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
Your content
You own the content you create in these apps — your stage plots, patchlists, leads, and checklist entries. We don't claim ownership over it, and (per the Privacy Policy) most of it never leaves your device or your own iCloud account.
Subscriptions
Premium tiers are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's own subscription terms — manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
Advertising (Realtors Buddy)
Realtors Buddy is ad-supported through Google AdMob. Ads are served and measured under Google's own terms — see the Privacy Policy for what data that involves.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or use either app in a way that violates applicable law or Apple's guidelines.
Third-party terms
Because these apps are distributed through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and takes precedence in the event of a conflict on matters within Apple's purview (e.g., intellectual property enforcement rights, which belong to us as the app's developer, not Apple).
Hypothesi
iOS app · distributed via the Apple App Store
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Hypothesi on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
Game content and local data
Hypothesi's daily cases, clues, and puzzle content are generated by the app and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play only - you may not extract, republish, or redistribute case content. Your streak, past results, and settings are saved locally on your device; nothing you play is uploaded, collected, or shared.
Purchases
The one optional purchase, a $0.99 continue, is a consumable in-app purchase billed through the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Payment is handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit - Hypothesi's own code never receives or stores your payment details.
Backend infrastructure
Hypothesi uses Google Firebase to deliver daily puzzle content. As of this version, no personal data is transmitted through it - the app does not authenticate you or send device or usage data to Firebase. See the Privacy Policy for details.

My Sports Lineup
iOS app · distributed via the Apple App Store
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use My Sports Lineup on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.
Your lineups and local data
The teams, players, games, and lineups you create are saved locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded, collected, or shared. You are responsible for what you enter, and deleting the app deletes your data, so keep a copy of anything you need.
A planning tool, not a referee
My Sports Lineup suggests playing-time plans and keeps a game clock. The coach always makes the final call on who plays. We are not responsible for league rules on minimum playing time, player safety decisions, or game results. Notifications are a convenience and are not guaranteed, so keep an eye on the clock.
Purchase
My Sports Lineup is a paid app, billed once through the App Store at the price shown there. It has no subscription, no in-app purchases, and no ads.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or use My Sports Lineup in a way that violates applicable law or Apple’s guidelines.

Book & course
The Music Reformation · The Complete Course · other digital downloads
Purchasing a digital product (PDF, ebook, or course material) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning and reference.
What's not allowed
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing copies with people who haven't purchased it
- Uploading the content to file-sharing sites or public repositories
- Using the content to train AI models
- Removing copyright or attribution notices
Delivery & refunds
Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase; once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final. Delivery problems — a broken link, a corrupt file, or the wrong file — are corrected or refunded in full either way. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for the full terms.
The physical paperback of The Music Reformation is sold both through the itygr.com store and through ainastudios.org. Copies bought here follow the Returns & Refunds Policy; copies bought through ainastudios.org follow that store’s own stated shipping and return terms.

The Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In particular: Realtors Buddy's commission and tax estimates are for general planning only and are not tax, legal, or financial advice — verify figures with a licensed professional before relying on them for a transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Grieve and Tygr Entertainment LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of any Product.
Governing law
Jurisdiction
Tygr Entertainment LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store platform terms specify otherwise for a given transaction.
