Returns & Refunds Policy

What to expect if something’s wrong with your order of The Music Reformation — the only product sold through this site’s store.

Effective Aug 13, 2026 The Music Reformation (print) itygr.com store

Overview

What this policy covers

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to physical purchases of The Music Reformation paperback made through the itygr.com store, published by Tyler Grieve through Tygr Entertainment LLC (“we,” “us”). Each copy is printed on demand per order through our print partner, which shapes a few of the specifics below — most importantly, that we can’t resell a returned book, so returns work a little differently than with a warehouse-stocked retailer.

Short version: if your book arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or refund, your choice. Because each copy is printed specifically for your order, we don’t accept returns for “changed my mind” once a copy has shipped.

Order changes & cancellations

Before your book goes to print

Because copies are printed on demand, there’s a short window right after checkout where an order can still be changed or canceled for a full refund — before it enters production. Email itygrmedia@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible; we’ll confirm whether the order has already started printing.

Once a copy has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be canceled — from that point, the sections below on damaged, defective, or wrong items apply instead.

Damaged or defective copies

Fully covered — no cost to you

Covered
IssueWhat we do
Arrived damaged in shipping (crushed corners, torn cover, water damage)Free replacement, or full refund — your choice
Print defect (missing/blank pages, binding failure, misprinted text)Free replacement, or full refund — your choice

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at itygrmedia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We don’t require you to ship the damaged copy back — a photo is enough to process a replacement or refund.

Wrong or missing items

Our error

If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived incomplete, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you’d prefer.

Returns for any other reason

Print-on-demand, no restocking

Because each copy is printed specifically for your order rather than pulled from warehouse stock, we’re not able to accept returns for reasons like a change of mind, ordering the wrong format, or general dissatisfaction with the book itself once a copy has shipped. There’s no inventory to restock a returned copy into, so a “return for refund” isn’t something our print partner supports.

If you haven’t received your book yet or have a question before ordering, reach out first at itygrmedia@gmail.com — happy to help you figure out if it’s the right fit.

How refunds are issued

Timing & method

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to show up on your statement.

Shipping costs are refunded in full when the issue is on our end (damaged, defective, or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable for order cancellations that occur after a copy has already shipped.

Digital products

Not covered by this policy

This policy covers only the physical paperback sold through the itygr.com store. Digital products — The Complete Course and other downloads — are sold separately through itygr.gumroad.com and follow Gumroad’s own refund terms shown on each product listing, generally no refunds on digital downloads except for delivery errors. See the EULA & Terms of Use for details.
