What this Agreement covers

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your use of the apps My Music Rider and Realtors Buddy, the digital products The Music Reformation and The Complete Course, and the itygr.com website and blog (together, the “Products”), all published by Tyler Grieve through Tygr Entertainment LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading, purchasing, or using any Product, you agree to the terms below for that Product.

My Music Rider & Realtors Buddy · distributed via the Apple App Store

Your content

You own the content you create in these apps — your stage plots, patchlists, leads, and checklist entries. We don’t claim ownership over it, and (per the Privacy Policy) most of it never leaves your device or your own iCloud account.

Subscriptions

Premium tiers are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s own subscription terms — manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

Advertising (Realtors Buddy)

Realtors Buddy is ad-supported through Google AdMob. Ads are served and measured under Google’s own terms — see the Privacy Policy for what data that involves.

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or use either app in a way that violates applicable law or Apple’s guidelines.

Third-party terms

Because these apps are distributed through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and takes precedence in the event of a conflict on matters within Apple’s purview (e.g., intellectual property enforcement rights, which belong to us as the app’s developer, not Apple).

What’s not allowed

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing copies with people who haven’t purchased it
• Uploading the content to file-sharing sites or public repositories
• Using the content to train AI models
• Removing copyright or attribution notices

Delivery & refunds

Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase. Because they’re delivered instantly and irrevocably, sales of digital downloads are final — see the specific refund policy shown on each product’s Gumroad listing (generally no refunds on digital downloads, with an exception for delivery errors).

The physical paperback of The Music Reformation, sold through ainastudios.org, follows that store’s own stated shipping and return terms.

The Products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In particular: Realtors Buddy’s commission and tax estimates are for general planning only and are not tax, legal, or financial advice — verify figures with a licensed professional before relying on them for a transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyler Grieve and Tygr Entertainment LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of any Product.

Jurisdiction

Tygr Entertainment LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store or Gumroad platform terms specify otherwise for a given transaction.
