Musician, producer, live-sound engineer. Based in Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i — I build the things I wish already existed, so you don't have to wait around for someone else to.
The short version
Built by doing, not by reading about it.
I got into music the way most working musicians do — touring, blues bars, conferences, church plants, megachurches. Different rooms, same instinct: build the thing you keep needing.
These days that means teaching music and production at YWAM Kona, running ʻĀina Studios — a free, nonprofit record label — and taking whatever work shows up: a show, an A1 gig, a session, an install, a consulting call. If it involves sound, there's a decent chance I've already done some version of it.
